LMCX Market Token

LMCX MT and the LMCX CAT are distinct instruments. The CAT is the digital environmental commodity unit addressed in the Institutional White Paper Volume I. The LMCX MT is a non-financial access and transfer instrument over the CAT, addressed in this Volume II review document, with its own multi-jurisdictional regulatory classification (U.S. SEC / CFTC; EU MiCA Title II “other crypto-asset”; UAE VARA / ADGM FSRA non-financial Virtual Asset). See §06.
