Privacy notice

Effective August 11, 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide through contact, corporate-intake, retirement-desk, and document-access forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, business email, phone number, company, country, requested volume, annual emissions, use case, timeline, and message.

We also record consent choices, the applicable policy version, submission time, and limited security metadata needed to prevent abuse and operate the service. Error and performance telemetry is configured not to send default personal information.

2. How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, administer controlled document access, route enquiries to the appropriate desk, maintain reliable operational records, protect the website, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal or compliance obligations.

Marketing communications are optional. We use your information for marketing only when you have made that choice, and you may withdraw that choice at any time.

3. Service providers

We use service providers to host and operate the website, store and authenticate records, protect forms from automated abuse, monitor errors and performance, and deliver enquiry notifications. These currently include Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare Turnstile, Sentry, and Sequenzy.

Providers process information only for the services they supply and under their applicable contractual and security terms. We do not sell personal information submitted through this website.

4. Retention

We retain operational records only for as long as needed to manage the request, protect the service, maintain appropriate consent and compliance evidence, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Retention may vary by record type and the status of the underlying enquiry.

5. Security

We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit information that is not needed for your request.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier processing.

To make a request, contact the compliance desk through the contact page and include the reference number supplied with your enquiry when available. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy authority.

7. Automated decisions and children

This website does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about visitors. It is intended for institutional and professional audiences and is not directed to children.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this notice when our practices or requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to the compliance desk through the contact page.
